Role Description The Nursing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing kidney and laser-related procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and preparing patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The role involves assisting physicians during procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times. The Nursing Specialist will provide patient and family education, offer emotional support, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical workflows and patient outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge in kidney and laser treatment settings.Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Caregiving, including monitoring, comfort measures, and post-procedure support.Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and for delivering clear instructions and education.Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc.
