Title: Internal Auditor (Network Profile) Technical Skills Required: - Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Telecom Network technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, as well as Transmission technologies (Microwave, FTTH, DWDM), and Core networks (Circuit-Switched and Packet-Switched) - Good to have IoT network system and architecture knowledge. - Significant operational or engineering experience in a Network Operator or Service Provider environment. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract, process, and transform data effectively. - Proficient in MS Office; experience with SQL is preferred. - Prior experience in conducting audits of telecom network elements is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in assessing telecom networks from commercial and financial perspectives. - Ability to identify and evaluate risks associated with telecom network operations and to propose and implement effective mitigation strategies and controls. - Capable of recommending improvements to telecom network processes, methodologies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks. - Skilled in maintaining comprehensive documentation of audit findings, observations, and recommendations. Able to prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and management highlighting key audit outcomes. - Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security professionals, and compliance officers, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Willingness to stay abreast of evolving technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting core network operations. Adaptability to new tools and methodologies is essentia. Desired Profile: - Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field is preferred. MBA from premium colleges will be plus. - Minimum 3 years of experience in related field (Network Planning, Design or Operation), preferable in internal audit, Consulting, advisory, qualified services and/or Industry. - Proven track record in conducting internal audits within telecommunications or networking environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and management. Arabic reading / speaking candidate will be preferred. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent certifications would be advantageous. - Flexibility to travel to (90%), and work in, other locations is essential.
