The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, leading technical design, and ensuring scalable, high-performance CRM/ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP modules). Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics applications using best practices. Lead end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services. Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and business process flows. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
