Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, ensuring accurate information
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and professionalism

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Minimum of 10+2 years of formal education
  • Full-time availability
  • Required documentation (education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, experience letters if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with urgency
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
  • Willingness to work fully on-site in Bengaluru (no remote or hybrid option)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service (training will be provided)
