SMS International Shore Operations U.S., Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents at LAX International Airport to welcome and assist cruise guests traveling to and from some of the world's leading cruise lines.

What You'll Do

As a Cruise Guest Services Agent, you'll be one of the first points of contact for cruise guests arriving in Los Angeles. You'll help make their experience smooth, organized, and welcoming by:

  • Greeting and assisting arriving and departing cruise guests
  • Providing friendly and professional meet-and-greet services
  • Directing and escorting guests through the airport as needed
  • Assisting guests with transportation coordination
  • Providing information, directions, and general guest assistance
  • Helping guests navigate airport and cruise-related services
  • Working closely with cruise line representatives and the SMS team
  • Supporting other guest service responsibilities as assigned
