Position Overview The Operating Room Internal Control Coordinator (ORICC) is a pivotal role within Arenaflex’s Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining all supply chain system functions within the operating room (OR). Your work will directly influence patient care quality, cost efficiency, and data integrity across the organization. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively develop and nurture relationships with OR leadership, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure alignment on supply chain priorities. Process Management: Create and manage daily schedules that guarantee timely completion of billing, purchase orders, and preference card updates—always within a 24‑hour window. Data Integrity: Lead initiatives to improve Meditech (or equivalent OR system) data KPIs, ensuring continuous enhancement of data quality and accuracy. Margin Improvement: Contribute to the Supply Expense Plan by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve OR margin performance. Dictionary & Inventory Oversight: Manage the implementation, cleanup, and optimization of the OR MIS Supply Inventory dictionary and the Physician Preference Card inventory. Tissue Tracker Coordination: Oversee the Tissue Tracker issue report, collaborating with OR analysts and clinical staff to resolve interface issues between MIS and the Tissue Tracker System. Conversion Management: Work closely with the OR Material Manager and Clinical Resource Director to ensure all OR supply conversions are reflected accurately and reputed company on preference cards. Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross‑functional teams to refine processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum one year of computer‑based experience in a materials management or related environment. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Meditech or similar OR systems is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications Background in operating room or surgical services. Experience with supply chain data analytics and KPI reporting.
