You will be working as a "MBA/ BBA Fresher- Field Sales" at Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd., a Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble (P&G - Olay, Gillette, etc.) and Energizer (Eveready battery, etc.) located in Noida. Your role will be in the Sales & Marketing department with a focus on Field Sales. **Role Overview:** As a "MBA/ BBA Fresher- Field Sales," you are required to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Key responsibilities include B2B sales, marketing, strategic analysis, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to successfully close deals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct 5-6 client visits daily to corporate companies for sales meetings. - Manage and develop key retail accounts, including large dealers, distributors, and retail chains. - Appoint new dealers and sub-dealers in assigned territories. - Understand the business model and critical success factors of the HORECA segment. - Implement cross-selling, upselling, and range expansion strategies. - Develop an area coverage plan and achieve target account-wise market share. - Maintain regular accounts in the HORECA segment with targeted sales and profitability. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven working experience in the battery industry as a Sales Manager or in a relevant role. - Demonstrated sales track record. - Proficiency in computer skills. - Proficiency in English and a presentable demeanor. - Market knowledge. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport effectively. **Additional Details:** - Work timings from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a mix of work from home and direct fieldwork. - Salary will be determined based on the interview and experience. - The position is open to both male and female candidates.
