Marketplace Manager (Amazon USA & Shopify eCommerce)

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our presence across Amazon USA while overseeing product listings and merchandising on international Shopify eCommerce stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-volume product catalogs, optimizing listings, coordinating inventory, and driving marketplace sales. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete Amazon USA Seller Central operations. Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ Content). Manage Amazon catalog issues, variations, flat files, listing suppression, and inventory health. Monitor sales performance, Buy Box, pricing, and competitor activities. Coordinate with PPC, SEO, design, and content teams to improve marketplace performance. Upload, manage, and optimize product listings on Shopify stores. Handle bulk product imports, collections, tags, metafields, variants, and merchandising. Ensure accurate product information, pricing, inventory, and promotions across marketplaces. Work with Google Merchant Center and product feeds to maintain product accuracy. Coordinate launches of new products across Amazon and Shopify. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, sales, traffic, inventory turnover, and listing health. Troubleshoot listing errors, account health issues, and marketplace policy compliance. Generate regular sales and performance reports with actionable insights. Required Skills 5–10 years of experience managing Amazon USA Marketplace. Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Experience managing international Shopify eCommerce stores. Expertise in Shopify product listing, collections, variants, merchandising, and inventory management. Experience with Amazon flat files, bulk uploads, catalog management, and listing optimization. Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feeds. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with large product catalogs. Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience Experience with fashion, apparel, or international eCommerce brands. Knowledge of Amazon PPC and marketplace analytics.
