Marketplace & E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain product listings on the OTTO marketplace
  • Work with marketplace integrators, particularly Tradebyte, to manage and transfer product data and content
  • Upload, maintain, and update product information, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, and other relevant content
  • Monitor product data and marketplace feeds to identify and resolve errors
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete product information
  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational issues
  • Troubleshoot product listing, content, and integration-related issues
  • Ensure products and content comply with marketplace requirements
  • Support the day-to-day operations of OTTO and other online marketplaces as required
  • Maintain accurate product and marketplace data
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding marketplace-related matters

Requirements:

  • Prior professional experience working with online marketplaces is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace integrators is required
  • Experience with Tradebyte is highly preferred
  • Understanding of OTTO marketplace operations is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace processes
  • Experience working with product data, product content, listings, feeds, or marketplace integrations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data/content errors
  • Strong professional English communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
