We are a fast-growing company in the UAE looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a recent MBA graduate (Marketing) with a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Content Creation: Draft copy for social media posts, blogs, emailers, and other marketing materials.

Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.

Social Media Management: Help manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and create basic content.

Lead Generation: Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to generate new sales leads.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in compiling reports.

Coordination: Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors as needed.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Administrative Support: Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus is also acceptable.

Experience: Fresh graduates with limited work experience but a strong passion for Marketing are welcome to apply.

Languages

Bengali or Sinhala/Tamil is a significant advantage

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time efficiently.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.

Visa Status: Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa / Sponsored by a family member). The company will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
