We are looking for an Executive - Market Research to support our Sales and Business Development team by identifying potential customers, researching companies and decision-makers, initiating conversations and qualifying genuine business opportunities. The role involves a combination of online research, lead generation, prospect communication, lead qualification and follow-up. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with online research tools, communicating with prospects and maintaining accurate lead data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential customers and qualified leads through Google, LinkedIn, industry portals and relevant online platforms.
2. Identify relevant companies and contact information based on defined target-market requirements.
3. Build and maintain an accurate and updated database of prospective customers and contacts.
4. Reach out to prospects through calls, emails and LinkedIn to introduce the company and understand their initial requirements.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status and follow-ups.
6. Share qualified and relevant leads with the Sales / Business Development team for further engagement.
7. Prepare regular reports and provide relevant market or prospect insights to the Sales / BD team.
8. Use AI and digital research tools to improve the speed and effectiveness of information gathering, lead research and data analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong research and information-gathering skills
2. Good analytical and logical thinking
3. Fluency in any one of Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam in addition to English
4. Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
5. Comfortable using Google, LinkedIn and online industry portals for research
6. Comfortable using AI tools to research, organise, summarise and analyse information.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Prior experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, Inside Sales or Tele calling
2. Understanding of B2B research and lead qualification
3. Experience in competitor and market analysis
4. Knowledge of market intelligence and industry research
5. Familiarity with Generative AI tools for research and business analysis
