Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and creating memorable moments for our clients. ## About the Role We are seeking a Manager – Operations who is ready for the next step up — someone who can own event projects end to end, lead a team on the ground, and be the person the client and the crew both look to when the show is live. ## Key Responsibilities - Independently handle event projects with end-to-end planning and execution - Own the full gamut of event operations — estimate preparation, vendor selection and negotiations - Execute the client brief on ground exactly as per agreed deliverables - Build event budgets, plans of action and timelines; drive creative supervision and quality control - Assign roles and responsibilities across the team, take regular updates and keep the project on track - Manage event-specific risk and troubleshoot problems before they reach the client - Secure venues, conduct recces, plan costing, and manage setup, stage, décor and event flow - Handle guest relations, promoters and day-of client queries so the event runs seamlessly - Manage sound, light and AV vendors with hands-on technical understanding of each - Operate the console and manage show flow independently - Develop and manage relationships with internal and external suppliers - Build a working policy for handling and analysing third-party costs and submissions to reduce overheads - Own event budgeting and maintain event P&L - Lead and manage a team; mentor junior members and hold them to delivery standards - Manage day-to-day operations and back-office coordination alongside live projects ## Requirements - Minimum 5+ years of experience in event operations, ideally with an events or brand activations agency - Proven ability to run projects independently, from estimate to execution - Strong technical knowledge of sound, light and AV; comfortable handling the console - Sound commercial sense — budgeting, negotiation, cost control and P&L ownership - Genuine team leadership ability, not just task management - High on integrity and values - Graduate / Post Graduate in any field - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ## Location & Work Mode - On-site role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
