Role

As the Manager- Accessories you will be part of the HDBU and will report to the Head- HDBU The purpose of your role will be to set up the accessories product line for Harley-Davidson brand under Hero MotoCorp
  1. Developing a successful and profitable business line for Motorcycle Accessories with a long term vision
  2. Create short-term, mid-term & long term product strategy for Accessories
  3. Ensure world class quality product and develop vendors specialising in aftermarket products
  4. Achieve the organisational objectives for Top line, bottom line growth and enhance the overall Brand imagery
A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  1. Develop Sales Plan & Strategies to achieve targeted business volume
  2. Expand Harley-Davidson Accessories Portfolio to cater customer’s need for bike customization
  3. New Product Development and involvement in product improvements and commercialization
  4. Establish Harley-Davidson Genuine Accessories as a Brand of customer’s choice
  5. Develop benchmark scale for channel capability in terms of Skill, Resources & Infra

Academic Qualification & Experience
  • B-tech (Mechanical) & MBA in Sales & Marketing
