What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key financial driver at O’Brien Energy, one of Australia’s leading industrial heating and energy solution providers. As a remote Management Accountant, you will own and improve the finance function for a portfolio of services. Your week will be varied and impactful:

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Payroll checks, timesheet reconciliations, and submissions
• Job costing and job closing
• Invoicing and revenue recognition
• Management scorecard reporting

Monthly Responsibilities:
• Full month-end close including WIP review, journals, accruals
• P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Management reporting and insights
• Forecasting and supporting leadership decisions

Who We’re Looking For:
• ACCA/CA Members with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in management accounting
• Strong grasp of WIP, P&L, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Familiar with Dynamics Business Central (or similar ERP)
