POSITION: Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate

What you’ll do:
- Plan and program machining operations — work orders, specifications, tolerances, zero/reference points, tool offsets, and calculations using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry
- Set up, operate, and maintain machines: measure with tape measures and micrometers, troubleshoot and adjust controls, sharpen or replace tools, and perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
- Perform fabrication and cut-to-size work, processing orders to customer specifications
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout production, completing required inspection and quality logs
- Manage materials and inventory — perform counts, organize and map stocking, and assist with shipping and receiving
- Communicate order and material status with Sales and Management, and document actions and irregularities across shifts to maintain continuity
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company operating procedures (OSHA, PPE, etc.)
- Certified, or willing to become certified, to operate a forklift
- Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction through quality work
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skills to calculate requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Machine maintenance experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Commitment to following all safety procedures
- Minimum age of 18
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the selection process
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
