Role Overview As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for extracting remittance information, scanning and digitizing incoming documents, entering data into our proprietary processing platform, and reconciling transactions against established policies. You will work closely with the Operations, Quality Assurance, and Client Services teams to guarantee that all work meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Key Responsibilities Remittance Extraction: Review incoming government remittance documents, identify key data fields, and extract information according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Scanning & Digitization: Operate high‑speed scanners and imaging equipment to convert paper documents into searchable electronic formats while ensuring image quality and compliance with security protocols.
