About AI Assistant Training
Large language models learn from carefully prepared examples of how people ask questions, use tools, and complete tasks. Dialogue trainers help shape this behavior by writing realistic conversations, selecting appropriate function calls, and showing how assistants should respond when tools are useful or unnecessary.
- Work on training data for fine-tuning and evaluating large language models.
- Support assistant behavior that is logical, natural, context-aware, and useful.
The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting an LLM agent function-call dialogue trainer to create high-quality multi-turn conversations for assistant training. You will simulate both sides of the exchange, model realistic tool use, and produce examples covering feasible tasks, infeasible requests, and engaging general chat without tools.
This intermediate-level contractor role requires a commitment of 20+ hours per week. It is available to candidates in India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico, with English as the working language.
