As a listener, your role will be to communicate calmly, understand the users feelings, and help them feel heard and supported. Important:This is not a therapy or counselling role. Listeners are not expected to diagnose or provide medical advice. The role focuses on empathetic conversation and emotional support. What You Will DoAs a listener, you will: Talk to users who may be feeling stressed, anxious, lonely, or unheard Provide a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space for conversation Listen carefully and respond with empathy and patience Help users feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and emotions Encourage positive conversation and emotional supportYour goal is simple:Make users feel heard, respected, and less alone.
