Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, company size, job title, and other criteria.
Create and execute effective LinkedIn connection and outreach campaigns.
Write personalized messages, follow-ups, and outreach sequences to engage prospects.
Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM or tracking sheets.
Monitor outreach performance, response rates, and lead-generation metrics.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team to hand over qualified leads.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales, or business development.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Good understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create personalized and engaging LinkedIn messages.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to achieve lead-generation and outreach targets.
Knowledge of email outreach and other lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
