This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ and deploying to client laboratory workflows as engagements require. What you will actually do:

  • Own the specimen lifecycle on assigned client engagements — receipt, labeling, tracking, and analysis of blood, tissue, and body-fluid samples under full chain of custody
  • Run routine and specialized analyses on hematology and clinical-chemistry platforms, with sign-off accountability for the results you report
  • Carry the quality system on your bench: daily controls, calibration verification, and the discipline to invalidate your own run when drift says so

Skills that matter: Independent bench competence across hematology and clinical-chemistry platforms, Quality-control ownership, Instrument troubleshooting, Chain-of-custody discipline on every specimen, every time, LIS fluency, Phlebotomy proficiency for collection-inclusive workflows.

Tools you will use: Hematology and clinical-chemistry analyzer platforms, Laboratory Information System, QC and calibration-management workflow, Phlebotomy and specimen-preparation equipment.
