This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for Learning & Development activities across the business.</p><p><br></p><p>The right person should be comfortable working independently, engaging with stakeholders at different levels, identifying learning needs, designing and delivering interventions, and measuring the effectiveness of training.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a role that is limited to training coordination or administration. We are looking for someone who can <strong>own the L&D agenda from end to end and get things done.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Learning Needs & Training Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand capability and performance gaps.</li><li>Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify development priorities.</li><li>Translate business requirements into practical learning interventions.</li><li>Build and maintain annual and quarterly L&D plans.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Training Design & Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs.</li><li>Develop training content, presentations, facilitator guides, assessments and other learning materials.</li><li>Facilitate onboarding, induction, behavioural, soft skills, process and functional training as required.</li><li>Adapt training programs based on business requirements and learner feedback.</li><li>Support leadership and employee development initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. End-to-End L&D Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Own the complete training lifecycle from requirement identification through implementation and evaluation.</li><li>Coordinate training calendars, nominations, attendance and completion.</li><li>Maintain accurate L&D records and documentation.</li><li>Monitor mandatory and compliance-related learning requirements.</li><li>Ensure training programs are delivered within agreed timelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Learning Effectiveness & Metrics</strong></p><ul><li>Establish and track training effectiveness measures.</li><li>Monitor participation, completion, assessment results and learner feedback.</li><li>Evaluate whether training is translating into improved performance.</li><li>Prepare regular L&D reports and dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.</li><li>Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with HR, Operations, business leaders and functional teams.</li><li>Act as the L&D point of contact for assigned business areas.</li><li>Understand business priorities and proactively recommend learning solutions.</li><li>Manage external training providers and consultants when required.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>6.
