Job Description

As a Junior Associate, your role involves delivering timely and clear responses to student queries and supporting the team in fundamental aspects of online courses, such as grading and basic administrative tasks while maintaining the subject quality.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • – Ensure timely login to shifts for real-time or offline responses to student queries/submissions
  • – Deliver clear and comprehensive explanations to aid students’ understanding via chat tutoring sessions offering high-quality student support
  • – Support the administration of courses by carrying out tasks relevant to the teaching platform (LMS) to help teachers and teaching assistants run the courses smoothly
  • – Assist in grading student submissions accurately, and offering constructive feedback in introductory courses within the set timelines {review student submissions/quizzes, provide initial feedback, marks/grades}
  • – Contribute to the implementation of internal projects

Qualification

Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer / Computer Science / Computer Application
