Position: Recruiter Executive Company: DFIN Department: Human Resources (HR) Experience: 0–2 Years Location:Tagore garden Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill the company’s hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements from the management/HR team. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews between candidates and the concerned team. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Coordinate the joining process and ensure candidates join on the committed date. Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports. Achieve assigned hiring targets within the given timelines. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. Comfortable making frequent recruitment calls. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Qualification Graduate in any stream. Freshers can apply. Candidates with prior recruitment/telecalling experience will be preferred Other Instructions Candidates should be comfortable working from the office. Good communication skills are required.
