Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from international customers.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/technology products or services.Generate sales through effective communication, product pitching, and upselling.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.Maintain high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.Follow international sales processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.Meet individual and team KPIs related to conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
