We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through chat support, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle chat with international customers.
  • Respond to customer queries through chat support.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
  • Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or processes.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update CRM/system details.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response time.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  • Work effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for international processes

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
