ELM Livings is expanding its in-house Interior Design Team and looking for a creative, skilled and customer-focused Interior Designer who can transform client requirements into beautiful, functional and practical interior spaces.

If you are passionate about interior design, furniture, space planning, and 3D visualization, this is an opportunity to work on real residential projects and premium furniture solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand client requirements and create design concepts.

Design residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, and living spaces.

Create 2D layouts, furniture plans, and 3D designs.

Prepare and present designs professionally to clients.

Take site measurements and understand site conditions.

Prepare design specifications and BOQ support.

Coordinate with sales and execution teams.

Handle design revisions and client feedback.

Ensure designs are practical, aesthetic, and execution-friendly.

Stay updated with current interior and furniture trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

AutoCAD

SketchUp / 3D Software

V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion or similar

Space Planning

Furniture & Material Knowledge

Client Handling & Presentation Skills

Creative Thinking

Attention to Detail

EXPERIENCE
