Intelligent Process Automation Solution Architect

<p>We are seeking an <strong>Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Solution Architect</strong> to support the transformation of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, Collections, and related business processes across Salesforce, HighRadius, Amazon Bedrock, and other enterprise platforms.</p><p>The role will focus on analyzing end-to-end business processes and designing scalable automation solutions leveraging AI Agents, Generative AI, workflow automation, business rules, system integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations to identify automation opportunities and define future-state operating models.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Assess current-state processes and identify automation, AI, and workflow optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Design end-to-end automation solutions across Salesforce, HighRadius, Bedrock, ERP, and related systems.</li> <li>Define future-state process architectures incorporating AI agents, workflow orchestration, business rules, and approval workflows.</li> <li>Evaluate the appropriate use of GenAI, AI Agents, RPA, APIs, and automation platforms for business scenarios.</li> <li>Lead process discovery and automation workshops with business and technology stakeholders.</li> <li>Create process maps, automation blueprints, solution designs, and operating models.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.</li> <li>Define governance, exception handling, auditability, compliance, and control requirements.</li></ul><p>Establish automation KPIs, value realization metrics, and transformation roadmaps.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Business, or equivalent.</li> <li>8-12+ years of experience in Business Process Transformation, Solution Architecture, Intelligent Automation, or related roles.</li> <li>Experience in Order-to-Cash, Billing, Collections, Finance Operations, or Shared Services processes.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, AI/GenAI, and enterprise integrations.</li> <li>Experience working with Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.</li> <li>Understanding of HighRadius, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), APIs, and system integrations<strong>. (Must have)</strong></li> <li>Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p></li> <li>Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AI Agents, and Generative AI solutions.</li> <li>Exposure to UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Appian, Pega, or similar automation platforms.</li> <li>Knowledge of process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Continuous Improvement methodologies</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>organizational change management frameworks</strong> and adoption strategies to support automation and business transformation initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, PROSCI Change Management, PMP, Agile, Salesforce, AI, Automation, or Solution Architecture certifications</strong> will be an added advantage.</li> <li>Certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, or related disciplines are preferred.</li></ul>
