Role Description The Health Insurance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The specialist will advise customers on health insurance plans, explain policy features and perks, and help them compare options based on coverage, cost, and eligibility. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients in person or by phone, responding to inquiries, preparing and presenting plan recommendations, and supporting customers through application and renewal processes. The role also involves coordinating with insurance providers, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and following up to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex health insurance concepts clearly and professionally. Knowledge of Health Insurance products, policy structures, and regulatory guidelines, with a general understanding of Insurance industry practices. Sales skills with experience in advising, upselling, or cross-selling insurance or financial products in a target-driven setting. Comfort using basic computer applications and CRM or policy management tools to document and track client information. Prior experience in health insurance, insurance brokerage, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum educational qualification of a bachelors degree or equivalent, with relevant certifications in insurance being an advantage. .
