Role Description The Insurance Agent role at Niva Bupa Health Insurance is a remote position focused on supporting individuals and families in selecting suitable health insurance plans. On a day-to-day basis, the Insurance Agent will engage prospective and existing customers, explain product features and benefits, provide personalized policy recommendations, and assist with policy applications and documentation. The role includes maintaining relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, guiding them through claim-related processes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across digital and telephonic channels. The Insurance Agent will also track sales activities, meet assigned sales and service targets, and collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends.
