What You’ll Do

  • Maintain TTEC’s Information Security standards to reduce risk related to data loss and security incidents.

  • Monitor security tools to ensure they are operating effectively, and take corrective action to remediate agent or system issues as needed.

  • Maintain and support security capabilities to ensure partner teams have reliable tools to monitor, detect, and protect the environment

  • Collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering teams to support issue resolution and strengthen security posture.

  • Work with partner teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize security tooling and related services. • Create, track, and manage tickets to resolution; validate remediation and escalate issues when required.

  • Support network security operations and contribute to the implementation of new technologies and enhancements to strengthen our overall security capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain procedures, and internal team documentation to improve consistency and operational efficiency.

  • Provide backup support during urgent or emergency situations to ensure continuity of security operations

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Proactively monitor cloud and on-premise environments to identify potential security concerns
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests by troubleshooting issues and driving them through to resolution
  • Execute scheduled changes and maintenance activities, while reviewing and validating changes performed by others
  • Analyze trends and system behavior to recognize and address emerging risks or recurring problems
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to better understand the systems and environments you support
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, updates, and progress
  • Document findings, update runbooks, and create or refine internal procedures to support consistent operations
  • Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to team members on tools, processes, and best practices
  • Continuously build familiarity with the environment, tooling, and security landscape to improve operational effectiveness

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 2 years experience maintaining and supporting a Security application/tool. EDR, DLP, SIEM or PAM experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of information security principles, concepts, practices.
  • Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and operating systems.
  • Ability to provide technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical information technology security issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
