Human Resources (HR) Manager (WFH & Part Time)


About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & talent acquisition
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and offline channels.
2. Publish job postings and maintain the candidate database.
3. Screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.
4. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
5. Ensure positions are filled within the required timelines.

B. Employee performance management
1. Develop KRAs and KPIs for employees.
2. Monitor employee performance and conduct monthly reviews.
3. Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
4. Counsel and guide underperforming employees.

C. HR documentation & compliance
1. Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
2. Maintain employee records and documentation.
3. Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.

D. Employee engagement & culture
1. Organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
2. Plan celebrations and recognition initiatives.
3. Promote a positive work culture and improve employee retention.

E. HR policies & retention
1. Develop and update HR policies.
2. Recommend employee retention initiatives.
3. Ensure fair implementation of HR policies.

F. Payroll coordination
1. Prepare monthly salary sheets.
2. Verify attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions.
3. Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll processing.

G. HR support & employee relations
1. Resolve employee concerns and conduct counselling sessions.
2. Support management with HR-related decisions.
3. Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
