About the internship:

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
2. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
3. Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
4. Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
5. Coordinate internship and employee documentation.
6. Support attendance, leave, and basic HR administration activities.
7. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
8. Communicate with employees and candidates regarding HR-related requirements.
9. Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
10. Support the HR team in maintaining company policies and procedures.
11. Assist with employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
12. Participate in HR projects focused on improving workplace processes and employee experience.

    Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
  • Job offer:
    On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 260000 to 350000/year
