4. Assist with employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
5. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR strategies and practices.
6. Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
