HR Recruiter Intern (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:


👉 Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions shared by clients


👉 Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases


👉Screen and shortlist relevant candidates through calls or messages


👉Coordinate interviews and follow up with both candidates and clients


👉 Maintain candidate tracking sheets and share daily progress reports


👉Ensure timely closures and contribute to placement targets


Eligibility Criteria:


✅ Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream)


✅ Age: 18 years and above


✅ Basic communication and coordination skills


✅ Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition


✅ Ability to commit 6–8 hours a day (remote)


💰 Stipend Structure (Performance-Based):


Monthly Closures (Joining’s)


Stipend (INR)


0–4 joining—₹0


5–8 joining—₹3,000


9–12 joining’s - ₹5,000


13–15 joinings—₹7,500


16+ joining—₹10,000 + Awards


30 walk-ins OR 10 closures per month = ₹2,500 per month
