Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter for Internship / Freelancer position to join our Talent Acquisition team.

A) This Internship program for 6 months period, provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. During Internship, you will get training along with commission against each candidate joining.
B) HR Recruiter for Freelancer will get good commission against each candidate joining.
C) HR Recruiter (work from office) will get salary depends on experience & joining per month.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Under Graduate with good communication skill in English.
Gender: Female only
Job type: (a) Remote / Work from home, (b) In Office at PCMC / Chakan.

HR Recruitment activities ->
End to end recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT industries.
Understanding the Job Description, Screening the resume, schedule interviews & follow-ups till candidates joining.
Posting ads on job portals, Bulk emailing to job-seekers, Social media, use of own database and referencing to source candidates.
Scheduling interview & update the status of the candidate after the interview.
Coordinate with client to get resume shortlisting, interview feedback, new openings or any offer / joining.
Maintaining database of the candidates and MIS on a regular basis.

Personal skills:
Good communication skill in English.
Good knowledge of MS-office, Internet browsing & email conversation.
Commitment for long term association.
