We are looking for a smart, organized and data-driven HR Executive who can manage day-to-day HR operations while taking strong ownership of MIS Reporting and Excel-based data management. This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior HR professional who wants to grow beyond routine HR activities and gain exposure to HR Operations, Management Reporting, Recruitment, Employee Coordination and Process Development in a growing startup environment. 🎯 What You Will Own HR MIS & Excel – Your Core Responsibility Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly HR MIS reports. Maintain employee master data, attendance, leave and manpower trackers. Prepare reports on attendance, late coming, absenteeism, attrition and manpower. Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and management reports. Identify data gaps/errors and ensure timely corrections. Ensure HR reports are accurate, organised and delivered on time. HR Operations Manage employee records and HR documentation. Handle onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain attendance and leave records. Coordinate with employees and department heads for HR requirements. Support implementation of HR policies, processes and internal systems. Recruitment & Hiring Support Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS. Coordinate joining formalities for selected candidates. Employee & Management Coordination Act as a point of coordination for routine HR requirements. Support management with employee-related data and reports. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Assist in creating a professional, disciplined and positive work environment. 💻 What We Expect From You Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel. Good understanding of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, IF formulas and basic Excel reporting. Strong MIS preparation and data-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability. Ability to work independently and take ownership. HR Knowledge Basic understanding of HR Operations.
