Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities. Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records. Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related queries. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes. Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases. Support management with various HR initiatives and administrative tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role. Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
