[Hiring] Strategic Project Manager - Operations @Lido

Role Description

The Operations Unit is entering a pivotal phase: a new company strategy is rolling out, OKR ownership is shifting to the unit, and AI transformation is moving from ambition to execution. We need someone who can hold all of this together — not as a coordinator, but as the person who makes it land.

This role exists to bring structure, pace, and alignment to the most critical operational priorities. You'll work closely with Operations leadership and function heads, turning strategic intent into trackable, deliverable outcomes.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives, driving them from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Goal Setting: Drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative across the Operations Unit: structure the workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between moving parts; strategic content is owned by function heads, delivery is owned by you.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between various departments, aligning teams, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Process Optimization & Change Management: Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives.
  • AI Transformation: Lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations within the Operations Unit; act as a genuine advocate and early adopter.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Execution & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong "get things done" mindset. Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward deadlines.
  • Exceptional Communication & Organization: Outstanding organizational skills coupled with senior-level communication capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • AI Familiarity: Practical awareness of current AI tools and a foundational understanding of AI agents and how they can be applied to business operations.
  • Industry Context: Experience working in international, fast-paced tech environments. Background or strong interest in the cryptocurrency / Web3 space is highly preferred.
