This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a background in , Chartered Accountancy, or an advanced diploma in accounting.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Develop and monitor budgets, working closely with other departments to ensure financial targets are met and effective cost control measures are in place.Handle tax returns and ensure that all tax-related obligations are fulfilled, keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations.Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records and quickly resolve any discrepancies.Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, ensuring a smooth audit process.Support junior accountants in their professional development by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on accounting practices.Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, which are essential for accurate financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is crucial, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
