Job Summary

We are looking for a Seller Support Executive with excellent written English communication skills to provide support to sellers through Email and Chat channels. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving seller queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle seller queries through Email and Chat support.
  • Candidates should have experience of Ecommerce into Business to Business.
  • Assist sellers with account-related issues, product listings, order management, payments, and platform policies.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and support tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and productivity targets.
  • Deliver an excellent seller experience through professional communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Prior experience in Email Process, Chat Process, Customer Support, Seller Support, or E-commerce Operations will be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
