Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries through international voice calls
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain professional communication with international customers
  • Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Maintain required productivity and quality parameters
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
