Key Responsibilities:- Greet Visitors: Welcome and assist guests with warmth, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to as soon as they arrive.- Answer Phone Calls: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Take messages or redirect calls to the appropriate departments when needed.- Manage Appointment Scheduling: Organize and confirm appointments for staff, ensuring the schedule is clear and efficiently managed.- Maintain Front Desk Environment: Keep the reception area clean and organized.
