KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end recruitment for International BPO requirements

Source candidates through Naukri, social media, references & internal databases

Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain regular candidate follow-ups & engagement

Work towards monthly hiring targets & recruitment KPIs

Maintain candidate trackers, databases and daily recruitment reports

Ensure timely closures as per client requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Experienced recruiters with 1 years of BPO Consultancy experience can apply

International BPO recruitment experience will be an added advantage

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills

Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
