Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a key role in improving operational efficiency by building and maintaining automation tools. This position centers on asset management and ITIL processes, making sure every solution meets organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer works with teammates to deliver high-quality code, support existing projects, and respond to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices to meet project requirements, keeping to time, quality, and cost standards.
  2. Maintain and support existing ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues to improve system performance and user experience.
  3. Work with clients to gather requirements, design features, and implement new functionality in ServiceNow, in line with ITSM principles.
  4. Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides to support knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Skill Requirements

  1. Basic understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks
  2. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
