Job Description About Us: KidPro (Kidpro.ai) is a fast-growing sports technology platform dedicated to transforming youth fitness and athletic development. Our KidPro program is a cutting-edge initiative designed to build physical literacy, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits in children. We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Kids Fitness Coaches. Industry: Technology, Information and Internet · Sports & Fitness Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Hybrid, office travel required 4 days/week) Working Days: 6 days a week, including Sundays (Comp off on Monday/Wednesday) Key Responsibilities: Session Delivery: Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate online fitness sessions for kids across strength, agility, coordination, and endurance. Skill Assessment: Evaluate each child's fitness level and track progress over time. Parent Engagement: Actively communicate with parents to share progress updates, address concerns, and build trust in the program. Program Customization: Adapt training plans to individual kids based on age, ability, and fitness goals. Safety & Discipline: Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun training environment at all times while maintaining structured discipline. Feedback Reporting: Record session data, flag injuries or concerns, and submit weekly progress reports through the KPRO Coaching moderator. Community Building: Represent KKC at local schools, sports academies, and community events to build program awareness and enrollment. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field preferred. Experience: 1–2 years of coaching or teaching experience, preferably with children (ages 4–12). Youth sports background is a strong plus. Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage, motivate, and communicate with both children and parents in a friendly, professional manner. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and video tools to record sessions and use the KoachPRO analysis platform. Energy & Passion: High energy, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about kids' fitness and development. Certifications: Any youth coaching, CPR/first aid, or fitness certification is an advantage. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises and drills during sessions. Language: Fluency in the local language and basic English required.
