Graphic Designer & Visual Content Operator

*Why this role is different*

Most design jobs at this level mean one brand, one template, repeat. This isn't that.

We operate a growing portfolio of brands across fitness, health, and wellness, including one of the most recognised names in global fitness, a premium gym franchise scaling across India, and new ventures in the health and biohacking space. You'll design and edit across all of them. That means real variety, a portfolio that grows fast, and work that ships daily to serious audiences.

We're looking for someone with a year or two of experience who is better than their CV suggests. Someone who wants their work seen, not stuck in a folder. The starting salary is ₹40,000 a month, and we're upfront that what happens after that depends entirely on performance. This isn't a role with a ceiling. People who prove themselves here grow into bigger scope, bigger pay, and eventually a Lead Designer seat as the team builds out. We promote from inside before we hire above you.

*What you'll do*

- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, posters and campaign creatives daily

- Edit short-form video for reels, end to end: cutting raw footage, pacing, hooks, text overlays, captions, sound, and final polish. Editing is half this role, not a side task

- Use AI tools to work faster and better: auto-captioning, generative editing, upscaling, image generation, whatever gets a stronger result in less time. If you're not already using these, this role isn't for you

- Work across multiple brands, each with its own locked identity. Your job is to apply each one with speed and taste

- Work directly with our Social Media Manager on daily execution

*What we need from you*

1 to 2 years of hands-on design and editing experience. Startup, agency, freelance, or your own projects all count. You edit reels confidently and you're comfortable with modern AI-assisted workflows, in both design and video. You have a real eye for layout and typography, and you can work remotely without someone checking on you.

One thing is non-negotiable: fluent English comprehension. Every caption, overlay, and creative is in English and has to ship error-free. You don't need to be a fluent speaker. You need to read it, understand it, and get it right on screen every single time.

Formal qualifications don't matter. Proof of work does.

*How to apply*

Don't send a generic CV. Send email at info@gethingyms.com :

- Your portfolio, which must include social posts and reels you've edited yourself

- Your earliest possible start date

- Optional, but it gets our attention: pick any fitness brand's recent post and tell us how you'd have made it better

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Work from home
