About the Role

As a Junior Executive – Graphic Designer, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Agile Studio - GBC team, collaborating with Agile Studio leadership, account managers, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of high-impact creative assets, including but not limited to:

  • Brochures
  • Case Studies
  • Whitepapers
  • Emailers and Mail Campaigns
  • Social Media Posts
  • Presentation Formatting
  • Deal Support Creatives and Documents

This role demands a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and a consistently positive mindset. All deliverables should reflect a high level of professionalism, visual appeal, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver compelling, results-driven content.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop impactful deal support templates that align with brand guidelines and enhance client engagement.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, booklets, booth graphics, standees, posters, and infographics with strong visual appeal.
  • Create digital assets including whitepapers, case studies, banners, emailers, and campaign materials to support marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Design social media creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and website advertisements to drive audience engagement.
  • Format and enhance presentations for client meetings and internal leadership reviews, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual communication solutions.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to organizational branding and quality standards.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the creative design field, supporting diverse design and marketing deliverables, including:

  • Professional PowerPoint presentation design for client and executive leadership audiences.
  • Print collateral design including brochures, booklets, posters, standees, event branding, and booth graphics.
  • Digital creative design for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HTML, and AI-powered design tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing creative requirements and visual storytelling principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand governance practices.
