The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, qualifying opportunities, preparing bids, participating in reverse auctions, winning orders, and managing execution until payment collection.<br><br>The primary objective is to build a predictable government sales pipeline and generate measurable order value.<br><br>Key responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Tender Discovery</li><li>Monitor GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals daily.</li><li>Identify relevant tenders based on product categories and keywords.</li><li>Build and maintain a tender pipeline.</li><li>Track bid deadlines and corrigenda.</li><li>Tender Qualification</li><li>Evaluate eligibility criteria.</li><li>Assess technical requirements.</li><li>Analyze EMD and PBG implications.</li><li>Estimate competition and win probability.</li><li>Recommend Go / No-Go decisions.</li><li>Bid Preparation</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial bids.</li><li>Compile all statutory and compliance documents.</li><li>Prepare BOQs, declarations, affidavits, and compliance statements.</li><li>Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams.</li><li>Ensure 100% bid submission accuracy.</li><li>GeM Management</li><li>Manage the company’s GeM OEM account.</li><li>Create and optimize product catalogs.</li><li>Update specifications, pricing, and keywords.</li><li>Participate in GeM custom bids and reverse auctions.</li><li>Track GeM performance and buyer ratings.</li><li>Government Business Development</li><li>Build relationships with government buyers.</li><li>Follow up with departments after bid submission.</li><li>Understand department procurement patterns.</li><li>Identify upcoming procurement opportunities.</li><li>Develop repeat business with government departments.</li><li>Order Execution</li><li>Review purchase orders.</li><li>Coordinate production and dispatch.</li><li>Manage inspection and acceptance processes.</li><li>Obtain completion certificates.</li><li>Ensure timely invoice submission.</li><li>Payment Collection</li><li>Track invoice status.</li><li>Follow up with government accounts departments.</li><li>Resolve payment delays.</li><li>Maintain receivable aging reports.</li><li>Support MSME payment recovery where applicable.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>The candidate must have actual experience in:</li><li>GeM Portal</li><li>Government e-procurement</li><li>Tender submission</li><li>Technical bids</li><li>Financial bids</li><li>BOQ preparation</li><li>Reverse auctions</li><li>EMD and PBG handling</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on tender management experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in one or more of the following:</li><li>Industrial products</li><li>Engineering products</li><li>Mechanical products</li><li>Construction equipment</li><li>Earthmoving machinery</li><li>Spare parts</li><li>Mining equipment</li><li>Infrastructure supplies</li><li>Government rate contracts</li><li>Required Skills</li><li>GeM Portal</li><li>CPPP</li><li>State e-procurement portals</li><li>MS Excel</li><li>BOQ analysis</li><li>Technical documentation</li><li>Commercial negotiation</li><li>Vendor compliance</li><li>Government procurement procedures</li><li>Reverse auction strategy<br><br></li></ul>Apply by email WhatsApp
