The Role

OpenTrain is hiring a Go Code Review Developer to review AI-generated code, validate solutions for quality and reliability, and resolve difficult coding issues that arise during AI validation.

The work focuses on code quality, correctness, efficiency, and dependable backend implementation. You will provide constructive feedback, collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, and help maintain high engineering standards.

The project is listed as entry level, while the role requirements call for at least three years of relevant software engineering experience. The expected commitment is 20 or more hours per week.

Requirements and Helpful Background

A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required. Experience with AI systems or code-creation technologies is valuable, and public GitHub contributions, familiarity with large codebases, and backend development experience are helpful.
