High-tech industry experience will have additional advantages. The candidate should possess analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving growth and transformation.<br><br><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li> As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.</li><li> Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li> Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues on time</li><li> Effective presentation and communication skills are important.</li><li> Serve as an SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) SME.</li><li> Assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests</li><li> Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives.</li><li> Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings</li><li> Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations.</li><li> Oversee S4 integrations, and assist in developing proof of concepts as required</li><li> Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Professional & Technical Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA).</li><li> Advise clients on the SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) processes based on leading industry practices and implementing new requirements.</li><li> Design, configure, and implement SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA) solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
